Jeffrey Whittle and Michael Samardzija will explore how the numerous changes to the US patent system may impact valuation, licensing and acquisition of patents and some techniques initially to consider when addressing various risks that these changes may bring, including from the licensor/licensee and buyer/seller perspectives.
