One area that has not been fully explored, however, is the effect the AIA has had and will have on strategic alliances, including mergers, joint ventures and licensing. The Boston Chapter of LES is pleased to sponsor an expert panel presentation and discussion on the implications and ramifications of the AIA for strategic alliances. SPEAKERS Hemmie Chang, Esq. Partner, Foley Hoag LLP Hemmie will provide insight on the implications the AIA has for licensing, and pitfalls to avoid when negotiating and drafting a license post-AIA. Robert Millman, Esq.
