Module 3. The Deal (including pre-valuation and tax issues, valuation methods, and negotiation techniques and principles)
Module 4. Living with the Deal (including post-agreement relationships and compliance, and the process of managing intellectual assets)

With all of the talk of bad economic news, one would think that the intellectual property deal flow was similarly depressed.  But our three panelists will tell us about the deals that occurred in 2011 and those that may be moving forward in 2012.  We will converse on the sectors that are seeing the most activity and on the key issues affecting deal flow.  Several hot issues in deal making will be explored as will some interesting deal structures.  The discussion will be in a talk show format, with the panelists answering questions from the moderator and the audience.
