Dear Seth, In just five short weeks, the LES (USA and Canada) Spring Meeting will be held here in our backyard at the Hyatt Regency Boston. That's great news and presents some unique opportunities for us in the Boston area: - Outstanding education and networking opportunities without any travel – You can register online to take advantage of exceptional workshops, thought-provoking plenary sessions and the chance to connect with colleagues from across North America. If you register before April 30, it's only $995 for LES members and $1,295 for non-members – no need for airfare and hotel reservations!
- A special discounted rate for the Welcome Reception – Even if you can't join us for the whole meeting, plan to join us at the welcome reception on Tuesday, May 15th from 6:30 – 7:30 at the Hyatt for a special price of $50. Simply use the promotional code BOSTON when registering online.
- Volunteer opportunities – Have a couple hours to spare? If you can share 2 hours of your time to help out at the registration desk on Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning, you can attend the entire meeting for the one day price of $595. This opportunity is available to members only, and there are a limited number of spots. Spend some time saying hello to your fellow attendees and checking them in – it's a great way to meet new people and save some cash. If you're interested, please contact Eleanor Nelson directly at enelson@les.org
