Want to Avoid Legal Conflicts in Licensing? Sign Up for our 12/14 Webinar!

Licensing Executives Society (U.S.A. and Canada)

Discuss the Dynamics of Patent Licensing in the Context of Potential Legal and Ethical Conflicts and Challenges

WEBINAR: PATENT LICENSING AND LEGAL CONFLICTS
Wednesday, December 14, 2011
1 PM EST / Noon CST / 11 AM MST / 10 AM PST (90 Minutes)

DESCRIPTION
With the market power of intellectual property, particularly patents, and the valuation of these assets in the hundreds of billions of dollars, the licensing of IP is a critical business decision. Patent coverage in an industry can make or break any company, and leveraging those assets can lead to market dominance or merely survival.

Legal conflicts in the context of patent licensing can derail well-laid plans. Ascertaining the risks and avoiding and managing such legal conflicts in patent licensing situations are important business decisions. This Webinar will discuss the dynamics of patent licensing in the context of potential legal and ethical conflicts and challenges.
